Travel agencies book transfers, coaches and tours across 104 countries in one system
A travel agency putting together a group trip has to source transport separately in every destination: one supplier for the transfer, another for the coach, a third for the guide, a fourth for the group hotel. Each of them negotiates by email, in its own language and currency. The more countries involved, the more time goes into finding suppliers rather than selling the trip.
A booking platform where transfers, daily coach hire, hourly hire, ready-made tours, guides and group hotels are all available in one search. The system has three separate working environments: an agent portal with reporting and analytics, a supplier portal, and an affiliate agent dashboard. Multi-currency handling, bank transfers and card payments were added, along with a white-label payment option. Architecture, development and launch were all done from scratch.
Delivery confirmation and document signing happen in the system, not by hand
Every shipment in industrial component supply ends with two steps: confirming that the goods arrived, and signing the delivery paperwork. Both were handled manually, shipment by shipment and outside the system — so delivery status was not visible in the same place as the sales data.
An automated goods-delivery confirmation system and delivery document signing were introduced, along with Odoo CRM adjustments to fit the actual sales process. The work runs in stages: each step goes live before the next one starts, so day-to-day deliveries never pause.
The customer receives a delivery confirmation link automatically as soon as the courier reports the delivery — with no separate action from staff.
